SANEC can look back on a very successful and festive month. World Cup fever has gone down and what a great time we had! To find The Netherlands in the final was a nice surprise and the Orange supporters were very much present during the games and at the fan fests. Thank you South Africa for your support and we’ll see you in Brazil!

Networking events during the World Cup were a success. With a dinner and two breakfasts in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, SANEC introduced lots of Dutch people to the hospitality of South Africa. The upcoming months will be busy; next to our Round Table Conversations we will facilitate an outward SADC Port & Corridor Development Mission to The Netherlands in September and we will be hosting a Women’s Entrepreneurs Mission to South Africa in November. SANEC will keep you up to date about developments around these missions and will make sure you will get a chance to meet the delegation.
